Welcome to First CRC! Greetings to all as we gather as God’s people to worship the Lord. May our worship strengthen your faith and desire to serve Him who loves us with everlasting love in Christ Jesus. Please join us for coffee & fellowship after the morning service in the church basement.

Worship Notes

Cadet Sunday – Cadet Sunday will be this evening during the 5:30 p.m. service at 1st CRC in Prinsburg. All cadets and councilors must be in full uniform and meet in the church basement at 5:00 p.m. SHARP!! Refreshments will be served by the councilors immediately following the service.

John & Jodi Marquardt will present their daughter, Mattea Elaine, for baptism next Sunday morning.

Our Church Family

Our Christian sympathy is extended to Eleanor Zondervan in the death of her sister-in-law, Lucille Bonnema. Lucille passed away Thursday morning at Bethesda Pleasant View. May God bless all those who morn her passing.

Madeline Jarveis will have surgery on Tuesday, January 7, to remove the pins in her arm. Her arm will be placed in a cast for several months. Please keep her in your prayers.

Note from the Deacons: The fund that was set up to help with some of Roger Post's medical expenses is being closed, as the current need has been met.  We would like to thank the community for the generous support you have shown.

Couples Club will meet tonight after the evening service. They will be studying lesson 2. Lunch: Gerri & Denise

The Council will meet on Monday, February 6, at 7:00 p.m. in the council room d.v.

Wednesday Morning Bible Study will meet on Wednesday, February 8, at 9:00 a.m. at The Lunch Box. They will be studying lesson 7.

Wednesday Afternoon Bible Study will meet on Wednesday, February 8, at 1:30 p.m. They will be studying John 4. Lunch: Marilyn

The Prinsburg Youth Group will be hosting a potato supper on Wednesday, February 22 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in the First CRC basement. The menu includes baked potatoes with all the toppings, dinner rolls, and ice cream for dessert (take-out is available).  A free-will donation will be taken to help fund the youth group summer service project in Platte, SD. Hope to see you there!
